Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all class and one-on-one cancellations. Our sessions are intentionally small, expert-led, and often have waitlists. This notice period allows us time to contact waitlisted clients and ensure everyone has the opportunity to attend.
Classes:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will have the class credit returned to your account for future use. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of that class credit.
1:1 Sessions:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% charge.
