Make the Everyday Easier with Sona Pilates
Utilise Pilates key principles and work through the whole body in a fun and adaptable session that will leave you feeling better aligned, glowing and connected!
Learn how to develop the body's understanding of how to move efficiently and effectively in everyday activity. Open to all abilities and experience, the fundamentals class is a good beginners class if new to Pilates and the mixed ability sessions build on your practice with further challenge and exploration.
Box and Breathe
Mindful aerobic boxing inspired class, drawing on the awareness gained from Pilates and high energy boxercise drills to create a 45 minute session that ensures you shake off the stresses of the week and are sent smiling into the weekend.

Energise and Tone
Kick those mid-week blues with a Pilates and movement class that will leave you feeling taller, leaner, younger, lighter and happier.
"Sona" means a feeling of satisfaction, joy and contentment and that's just what this class will do as we move, lengthen, strengthen and flow through Pilates principles, Animal Flow, HIIT and beyond!
Make sure to join the monthly Sona Saturday - 3rd Saturday of each month for fusion of Pilates, Play, Animal Flow, Dance and natural movement to challenge and invigorate the body
Pilates with Props
Grab your Trigger point balls, Overball and Thera-band as we use the props to support our practice and delve further into what we can achieve from the inside out.
Pilates Props is a great weekly class for adding challenge and feedback helping you to target key muscle groups, add variety to your practice and see amazing results.

Foam Roller Pilates - 1st Tuesday of each month

We have had to evolve and the Sona remains at the centre of it all
We have grown stronger together through the Covid Pandemic over the past 6 months – laughed, moved, checked in, shared stories and encouraged each other to move, rest and nourish our souls. I am forever grateful for your support, messages and beautiful smiling faces in class.
Sona Pilates has had to adapt, duck, weave, ponder and sometimes pure guess what the heck is the best next move in the ever shifting uncertainty.
September will see us fully evolve and rise out of the ashes as an Online Pilates Studio offering a variety of classes, workshops and 1:1s on our new platform, booking system and App!

What You Get
A variety of classes, support from Leanne and flexibility over what you choose to do and when provides a programme that works for you:
Usually only take one class a week, plus an added 10 - 20 minute recording in when you can? And want to ensure the credits are there and ready to book on any of the classes.
Then the Spark Monthly membership is for you - attend to up to 4 live classes a month and gain access to the Sona On Demand recordings in our courses library.

Private 1:1 Pilates can deepen your knowledge and strengthen your practice. Through personalised coaching we focus together on your goals, your body and unravel its ability to fully support your lifestyle.
Often they are a great starter to get into Pilates, gain confidence in the exercises or address rehab or physical and medical conditions so that in classes you know how to care for you and get the most out of the exercises.
We highly recommend a one hour weekly session alongside your classes to gain the most from your Pilates practice. You can book your time slot through our booking system or drop Leanne an email to discuss preferred times/ days
- these are conducted online over zoom and our Booking Platform or can be moved to outside or home location if convenient
Carving out time to move with friends, family or colleagues can be a great way to stay connected, nourish your body and mind and hold each other accountable with this weekly appointment in your diary.
It is also a great way to move with your nearest and dearest around the world or to engage the office in something a bit more mindful and restorative to support them in their everyday.
Classes are tailored to your needs, focus, themes and are allocated at a time that suits you all with private zoom link and set up.
