How Much is the Sona Spark experience ?

One-off fee of £36 (per 3 week programme)

Which provides you with all the Sona Spark has to offer and the recordings for an extra week after the 3 week programme finishes.

So you can keep moving in-between programmes and get 4 weeks of movement in total.

 

Pilates

Utilise Pilates key principles and work through the whole body in a fun and adaptable session that will leave you feeling better aligned, glowing and connected!

Learn how to develop the body's understanding of how to move efficiently and effectively in everyday activity. Open to all abilities and experience, the fundamentals class is a good beginners class if new to Pilates and the mixed ability sessions build on your practice with further challenge and exploration.

Box and Breathe

Mindful aerobic boxing inspired class, drawing on the awareness gained from Pilates and high energy boxercise drills to create a 45 minute session that ensures you shake off the stresses of the week and are sent smiling into the weekend.

Arrive, align, breathe deeply, engage, sweat and stretch!

Taught by Leanne - Boxercise and Pilates instructor.

Energise and Tone

Kick those mid-week blues with a Pilates and movement class that will leave you feeling taller, leaner, younger, lighter and happier.

"Sona" means a feeling of satisfaction, joy and contentment and that's just what this class will do as we move, lengthen, strengthen and flow through Pilates principles, Animal Flow, HIIT and beyond!

Pilates with Props

Grab your Trigger point balls, Overball and Thera-band as we use the props to support our practice and delve further into what we can achieve from the inside out.

Pilates Props is a great class for adding challenge and feedback helping you to target key muscle groups, add variety to your practice and see amazing results.

Why are we running these over the summer like this?

It has been a crazy few months during the Covid-19 pandemic and everything Sona went online. Over the summer we are running 3 blocks of the Sona Spark Experience, each slightly tweaked based on the previous, to keep you moving and motivated at home.

  • 3 weeks or 21 days is a manageable commitment during these still uncertain times
  • A 21 day challenge of movement and trying something new can be all it takes to install some great new healthy movement habits with support and variety
  • We are in the processing of creating our membership package from September onwards and these are a great way to get a taste of what it will include and to help shape it for the future to you needs.

What You Get

A variety of classes, support from Leanne and flexibility over what you choose to do and when provides a programme that works for you:

  • 6 Live classes a week - mix of 45 mins to 1hr sessions
    Variety of classes from Pilates, Props, Boxercise, Release work and Strength sessions
  • All recordings of the live classes so you can catch- up, repeat and do when and where best suits you (even in your pjs with a cuppa)
  • Support, connection and encouragement in our Facebook private group where you'll find bonus videos, tips and live classes. Also via email with Leanne and at the beginning and end of all live sessions.
  • Discounted 1:1s at £40

Pilates 1:1s

Private 1:1 Pilates can deepen your knowledge and strengthen your practice as together we focus on your goals, your body and unravel its ability in a more personalised and effective way.

Often they are a great starter to get into Pilates, gain confidence in the exercises or address some rehab or physical conditions so that in classes you know how to care for you and prevent injuries.

Move together

Carving out time to move with friends, family or colleagues can be a great way to stay connected, nourish your body and mind and hold each other accountable with this weekly appointment in your diary.

It is also a great way to move with your nearest and dearest around the world or to engage the office in something a bit more mindful and restorative to support them in their everyday.

Classes are tailored to your needs, focus, themes and are allocated at a time that suits you all with private zoom link and set up.

Small groups of up to 6 - £72/ hr

Groups of 7- 12 - £108/hr
