Sona Pilates Client FAQ

1️⃣ How to Book

  • All bookings are made through our TeamUp platform:  https://goteamup.com/p/5571794-sona-pilates-limited/
  • Sign up with your email and password, then select your preferred class.
  • Mat classes: mixed ability, small groups (max 7 people)
  • Equipment classes: require a 1:1 or Introduction session before joining. Intro sessions are held monthly (more sessions added depending on demand).
  • Check 1:1 availability under the Appointments tab.

2️⃣ Class Types & Pricing

Mat  – £16.50 PAYG / £79 for 6 class pass

Equipment – £27.50 PAYG / £105 for 3 Mat and 3 Equipment Pass/ £138 for 6 Equipment pass

1:1 with Leanne – £75/ session bundles available after initial 1:1 

3️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Classes require 24-hour notice for cancellations.
  • The clients themselves can process cancellations on their profile page/ schedule.
  • No refunds after booking.
  • To request a class change or swap, email us within the 24-hour window — changes are at the studio owner’s discretion.

4️⃣ What to Bring / Wear

  • Wear comfortable gym clothing.
  • For Equipment classes, wear grip/sticky socks (grippy Pilates socks recommended).
  • Bring layers and a water bottle.
  • Mats, props, and all studio equipment are provided.

5️⃣ Arrival & Punctuality

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your class.
  • Late arrivals disrupt the session for everyone and may not be allowed beyond 5 minutes.

6️⃣ Studio Location & Parking

  • Address: 253 Wells Road, Bristol, BS4 2PH
  • The studio is inside Bristol Osteopath Clinic — ring the buzzer on arrival to be let in by reception.
  • Free on-street parking is available in surrounding streets, especially Calcott Road.
